Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to services provided through WebDesignKart, a brand owned and operated by Kart Digital.

Website Design & Development

Our services involve custom design and development tailored to each client's requirements.

Once project planning, design, development, coding, or revisions have commenced, payments made are generally non-refundable because the work is customized specifically for the client.

Project Cancellation

Clients may request cancellation before work begins.

If work has not commenced, eligible refunds may be processed after deducting applicable payment gateway charges, administrative costs, and any expenses already incurred.

If work has commenced, refunds, if any, shall be determined at the sole discretion of Kart Digital based on the stage of project completion and the work already performed.

Third-Party Products & Services

Payments made for domain registration, web hosting, SSL certificates, premium themes, plugins, software licenses, or other third-party products purchased on behalf of the client are non-refundable once ordered or activated.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will generally be processed within 7–10 business days using the original payment method wherever possible.
