Pricing & Payments

Projects generally require an advance payment before work begins. The remaining balance shall be payable according to the agreed payment schedule.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide all necessary content, images, branding materials, approvals, and access credentials required for project completion.

Delays in providing required information may result in revised delivery timelines.

Intellectual Property

All website source files, designs, graphics, and other deliverables remain the property of Kart Digital until full payment has been received.

Upon receipt of full payment, ownership of the completed website (excluding third-party licensed assets, themes, plugins, fonts, or software) will transfer to the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Third-Party Services

Projects may include third-party themes, plugins, APIs, hosting services, or software. Their use is subject to the respective providers' terms and licensing conditions.

Limitation of Liability

Kart Digital shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Delhi, India.
